Well this is gonna be included in 2.3.0 Which is due in a week. The next release will be 3.0.0 In Jan. Hopfully they CAN get it in 2.3..

So I just got pidgin 2.3.1, still looking around, but http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/730 says it’s in 2.3.1
