I like it. Not made by me but it is my task to turn this into nice application icons.
I don’t like it :(, it seems too complicated to put in an icon or to draw in mockups and stuff
You have my sympathies, friend. Seems to me an impossible task to turn that into anything nice.
If you can, chuck it out and try doing something, you know, semi realistic (maybe something like this), no pun intended on the content of the icon.
I don’t particularly like it either, but I think you can come with a great icon for this one : after all, Hicks could for Thunderbird.
What can I say… The logo is so ugly, so good luck to change this into something beautiful…
Look at the birdie!
Anyway, I like it, it’s much better than the old gaim icon… And it’s Tango styled, which seems a requirement these days.
Good work!
This is the fugliest logo I’ve ever seen… makes me not wanna use pidgin.
