Tiny smiley theme

Andreas took and resized my Pidgin smileys for use in gnome-icon-theme. Since there were a lot of requests for smaller smileys for Pidgin I took the 16×16 versions and put them into a Tiny Theme. I don’t think it will be in 2.1.0, but I hope 2.1.1. Currently it only includes the most commonly used icons.

    Why did you redesign the whole smilie theme for 2.1.1? The one you have posted here is so much better.
